Key Responsibilities:

• Convert inbound leads from digital channels, referrals, and internal sources
• Actively generate new business through prospecting, networking, and local engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and referral partners
• Conduct rental appraisals and deliver confident service presentations
• Oversee onboarding from signed agreement through to seamless handover with the PM team

About You:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in real estate
• Confident, outgoing, and proactive communicator
• Passion for networking and building lasting client relationships
• Strong understanding of property management processes and QLD legislation
• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
