About Us

We are committed to delivering quality services to our NDIS and Aged Care participants, and we're looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Support Worker.

About the Role

We’re seeking compassionate Support Worker to assist participants in Ashcroft, Miller, or Cabramatta with a focus on personal care, domestic assistance, and clear Vietnamese & English communication. The participant requires daily support to live safely and stay connected to the community.

What you will do

Provide respectful personal care (showering, grooming, continence support, dressing)

Engage proactively and creatively to support clients to learn how to live independently

Support with transportation

Support daily living, meal prep, light housekeeping and community access

Complete accurate shift notes and incident reporting

Communicate effectively in Vietnamese and English with participants, families and the care team

What you will bring

Fluency in Vietnamese, confident English for notes and handovers.

Previous experience in Disability/Aged Care or Personal Care (Stroke/Alzheimer/Autism/hoist/manual handling experience highly regarded)

Certificate III and above in Aged Care or Individual Support or Community Service or Disability will be an advantage.

Strong commitment with consistent shifts scheduled

Current valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle

Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate.

Current or willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current or willing to obtain Working with Children Check

Warm, respectful communicator who can work independently

High level of time management and organisational ability.
