Disability Support Worker (Casual) – Casino Day service

REDinc is looking for exceptional, resilient, and professional Support Workers to join our team. This isn’t your average disability support role – it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding. You’ll support participants in our Casino Day Service, helping them live life to the fullest, engage in programs, and be truly included in the community.
Availability on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays is necessary (9am- 3pm).

What you’ll do:
Assist participants with personal care including grooming, bathing, toileting, and dressing.
Follow Behaviour Support Plans and respond effectively to behaviours of concern.
Support participants to engage in programs, community activities, and daily living tasks.
Maintain dignity, confidentiality, and respect for all participants.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, flexible support.
What you need to succeed:
Certificate III in Individual Support / Community Services or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of NDIS Disability Service Standards and person-centered support.
Current NSW Driver’s Licence, Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Check, First Aid & CPR.
Previous experience with crisis management or Therapeutic Crisis Intervention highly regarded.
Availability on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays is necessary (9am- 3pm).
