We are seeking experienced and reliable NDIS Support Workers to join our casual staff pool. This role is ideal for individuals who are flexible, committed, and available to work at short notice to cover shifts across Supported Independent Living (SIL) services and Community Participation programs.

About the Role:

Provide person-centred support to NDIS participants in SIL and community settings.

Assist clients to achieve their goals, increase independence, and engage in meaningful daily activities.

Work across a variety of shifts, often on short notice.

Opportunity for ongoing casual work depending on availability and performance.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in disability support, particularly within SIL and community participation.

Flexibility to accept shifts on short notice.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality support.

Relevant qualifications and current compliance requirements (NDIS Worker Check, WWCC, First Aid/CPR, etc.).

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience working within Community Participation, Supported Independent Living or similar program preferred

Australian Drivers Licence

Comprehensive Car Insurance (large vehicle preferred)

NDIS Worker Screening Check

NSW Working with Children's Check

Current First Aid & CPR or willing to refresh

Medication Competency

Behaviour Management
