About the Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Support Workers to work in Supported Independent Living Homes (SIL) in Lismore and surrounding areas.

Excellent opportunities are available to commence and casual, and for the right people, to progress into Permanant Part-Time roles. We are also seeking expressions of interests from people with Team Leader experience, and Key Worker (2IC) experience.

About You

To set the benchmark standard of services, we seek likeminded support workers that uphold and represent our core values: Integrity, Empathy, Creative, Inspire, Mindfulness & Bold.

In addition to our values, our support staff require mandatory compliance:

12 months or more experience as a Support Worker. Experience with behaviour management is highly desirable but not essential.

Willingness to travel to other locations if required.

Relevant qualification (minimum Certificate III in Disability or related industry)

Driver’s Licence & Car with Comprehensive Insurance.

NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide)

Medication Administration Certificate or willing to obtain (we can provide)

Flexible availability & commitment to an ongoing roster of support.
