The Opportunity
Step into a pivotal Legal Assistant role supporting Partners and Lawyers as they advise clients on complex litigation and dispute matters. You'll be joining a firm that truly values balance, respect, and collaboration—not only in its client work but also in the way it supports its people.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing diaries, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
- Liaising with clients, barristers, courts, and internal stakeholders
- Opening and closing matters, and maintaining accurate legal files
- Drafting and preparing court documents and correspondence
- Conducting legal searches (property, company, etc.)
- Billing and expense management using legal billing systems (e.g. Elite 3E)
- Electronic court filing through relevant portals
- Providing general administrative support to fee earners
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant in litigation or disputes
- Prior experience in a private practice law firm
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using legal billing software (e.g. Elite 3E) is highly regarded
