A respected, national, mid-tier firm is seeking a career Legal Assistant for their Melbourne Corporate & Commercial Law practice.

This position offers a career legal assistant an opportunity to join a high-performing team, in a well-regarded firm, supporting a partner with administrative and legal matters.

This position is not suited to Law students or graduates.

About you

You will have:

• Previous experience as a Legal Assistant at a reputable firm
• Familiarity with Corporate & Commercial Law, or a related practice area
• Ability to prepare and file documents accurately
• Experience with billing
• Demonstrated experience of effectively juggling priorities in a busy practice
• Excellent organisational and admin skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills
