We’re a friendly, close-knit team looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to join us as an Assistant Property Manager—a role that’s all about learning, growing, and becoming a key part of our business.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll start by welcoming clients as part of our front-of-house meet-and-greet team, creating a positive first impression for everyone who visits or calls. From there, you’ll receive full on-the-job training as you build skills in property management, and once licensed your tasks will include:

Liaising with renters and landlords

Coordinating maintenance and repairs

Handling tenancy documentation

Conducting inspections and reference checks

Managing enquiries and supporting day-to-day operations across a portfolio of around 1,150 properties

As your experience grows, you’ll work towards gaining the necessary licensing to take on full property management responsibilities.
