Independent CBD Real Estate Office with a small fun team of passionate professionals who work and enjoy life at the same time.
We are currently searching for a fun, dedicated individual who loves admin.
Training provided so you can fulfill the duties
Assist property managers with administration tasks
Application processing
Entering files
Advertising
Co-ordinating Property Maintenance
Conversing with clients, renters and trades people
Insurance claims
VCAT enquiries and hearings
Lease renewals
Arrears
General office administration duties
Day to day emails
Identify sales opportunities and refer our sales team where possible
What you will have to bring to the table:
Ideally but not essential: A valid Agents Representative certificate or Real Estate license
A valid Police Report
Excellent time management skills
Good practice in making notes while or straight after completing a task.
A warm and welcoming persona towards colleagues, subcontractors, rental providers and renters.
