About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing business operating at the intersection of cryptocurrency, mining hardware, and alternative investment solutions. With a strong reputation for innovation, education, and client support, our client provides high-quality ASIC mining equipment, hosting solutions, and tailored investment products.
To support continued growth, we’re looking for a Lead Qualifier who can engage with inbound prospects, assess their needs, and determine their suitability for the client’s offerings. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in sales, has a sharp commercial instinct, and is curious about the evolving world of crypto and hardware-based investing.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to new inbound leads via email, phone, web chat, and other channels.
Qualify warm prospects by assessing goals, technical knowledge, budget, and investment suitability.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
Educate prospects on our client’s product and service offerings in a clear and compelling way.
Identify when a lead is sales-ready and coordinate seamless handover to the sales or technical team.
Flag potential risk factors (e.g. unrealistic expectations, compliance concerns).
Collaborate with internal teams to improve lead nurturing strategies and feedback loops.
Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
What We're Looking For
Exposure or interest in finance, crypto, blockchain, or hardware mining industries.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in a lead qualification, inside sales, customer support, or sales development role.
Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex or technical information.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on asking the right questions and building trust.
Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
