As a Phone-Based Sales Agent, you’ll be at the front line, speaking with small and medium-sized businesses, uncovering their needs, and helping them secure the best deals in the market. What do you do?

• Making 40–50 calls per day to an existing database or self-sourced leads
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships with SMEs
• Analysing client energy usage and providing tailored solutions
• Negotiating with energy suppliers to secure the best pricing and contracts
• Advising on energy management, efficiency, and sustainability options

What do you need?

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to foster and maintain long-term client relationships
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Problem-solving mindset and great attention to detail
