An International Health-Tech company is seeking for an experienced HR Consultant to look after their Australian team.

Note: The role is part time only and for someone who is happy with flexible work hours. The work can vary from a few hours per week up to 20 hours in busy periods.

We are looking for someone:

· Passionate about leveraging people practices to deliver business success.

· Brings at least 5 years’ experience in HR roles spanning the full employee lifecycle.

· Comfortable being hands-on while also navigating strategic and complex challenges.

· Proactive and accountable, taking ownership of local initiatives from start to finish.

· Skilled in creating and rolling out development programs for a global workforce.

· Embraces a growth mindset and is motivated to continually learn and improve.

This position is fully remote inside of Australia. Occasional travel to Melbourne, VIC.
