Memories Technologies provides software that powers live-streamed funeral services and online memorials. We're looking for a part-time Livestreaming & AV Support Specialist to support funeral homes, cemeteries, and crematoria with livestreaming issues.
What you'll do
Provide first-line customer support via phone, chat, and email
Troubleshoot livestream issues (no audio, black screen, buffering, dropouts)
Guide non-technical users through simple fixes with empathy
Escalate complex cases and document resolutions clearly
Share insights to improve product and processes
What we're looking for
Experience in technical support/help desk or AV/live production support
Knowledge of OBS, vMix, Blackmagic ATEM, and encoder/network basics
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Calm and empathetic approach (sensitive environment)
Reliable internet and remote work setup
Valid work visa or work rights required for employment in Australia
Hours & Pay
Approx. 15 hours/week (flexible). Hourly rate based on experience and location. Remote across Australia, NZ, or similar time zones.
