About the role
As our Program Administrator - FSP, you’ll have excellent customer service and administration skills, as well as highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires strong organisational abilities, a professional attitude and excellent customer service. To thrive in this role. Reporting to the Team Lead - FSP, you’ll coordinate the team’s operational functions, triage and allocate requests, and use your program knowledge to provide accurate information to participants and supervisors ensuring excellence in the delivery of the Fellowship Support Program.
As our Program Administrator (FSP), you'll have:
- relevant experience in a support role. This could relate to supporting a specific position, team or function within a variety of fields such as administration, management and/or education.
- relevant and current experience in education and/or training environment.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge and us of Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel) with the ability to learn and use new systems quickly and proficiently
Skills & Experience
- Administration support to the FSP Program Officers in handling and distribution of FSP related correspondence.
- Manage Registrar data relating to mandatory requirements of the FSP
- Providing administrative support as required including, but not limited to, responding to Registrar enquiries, triaging and allocating requests appropriately, organising appointments related to program requirements, providing coordination and administrative support to Medical Educators
- Relationship management and customer service to FSP Registrars.
