We're looking for an organised and proactive Administration Support Officer to help keep our team running smoothly. In this role, you'll support a small leadership group with day-to-day administration, communications, coordination of meetings and events, and general office support. Whether you're assisting with documentation, liaising with stakeholders, helping run webinars (we'll show you how!), or just making sure the right files are where they need to be - you'll be playing a vital role in our team's success.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing admin support across the team - preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
- Coordinating internal meetings, team training sessions, and occasionally assisting with member events
- Managing shared inboxes and acting as a first point of contact for internal enquiries
- Supporting basic governance and compliance admin (filing, version control, etc.)
- Assisting with delivery of online webinars (full training provided)
- Liaising with members and committees in a professional and friendly way
- Keeping things organised - digital filing, shared calendars, task tracking, and more
What we're looking for:
- Solid experience in a general admin, office coordination, or team support role
- Strong organisation and time management skills - you're good at juggling tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and online collaboration tools
- A friendly, proactive approach and a willingness to help wherever needed
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Flexibility and willingness to take on new tasks
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting teams or working in member-based or not-for-profit organisations
- Familiarity with webinar platforms or document management systems
- A Certificate, Diploma or Degree in admin, business, or similar (not essential)
