About the role
The Fellowship Administrator plays a crucial role in guiding RACGP members through the final stages of their journey to Fellowship by managing application processing, maintaining accurate Fellowship records, and overseeing the issuance of Fellowship parchments. Reporting to the Governance and Fellowship Lead, you’ll work closely with GP Training coordinators, regulatory bodies, the RACGP Board, and internal teams to ensure a seamless Fellowship process. This role includes verifying certifications, issuing Letters of Good Standing, providing administrative and logistical support to councils and committees, and contributing to process improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
As our Fellowship Administrator, you'll also:
- Administer Fellowship applications across all pathways, maintain accurate data records, and prepare ratification lists for the Censor in Chief.
- Order, collate, and distribute Fellowship parchments, issue Letters of Good Standing, and respond to verification requests.
- Oversee Fellowship data accuracy, liaise with the Business Intelligence team, and provide reports to stakeholders such as GP Training coordinators and the RACGP Board.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, and events for councils and committees, including managing bookings, catering, and related logistics.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in high-quality customer service delivery, ideally in a member-based environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word), with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A resilient and adaptable mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
