What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll be the friendly first stop for IT support at easykind. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our systems run seamlessly, while empowering our team to use technology with confidence.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing Level 1 and 2 IT support across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshooting and resolving problems with Windows, macOS, and cloud-based tools.
- Supporting system administration, integrations, reporting, and technical documentation.
- Managing project plans, schedules, and IT-related documentation.
- Training and supporting staff in easykind’s technology stack.
- Maintaining network security and helping embed cybersecurity best practice.
- Collaborating with our IT team and broader departments to meet business needs.
What you bring:
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, and common business apps.
- Basic networking know-how (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions.
- Ability to translate “tech-speak” into clear, simple language.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of desktop/laptop lifecycle management.
- Exposure to ITIL-based service management.
- Familiarity with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP).
- Hands-on experience with mobile device management (MDM).
- Understanding of cybersecurity practices.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for learning.
