About the Role: As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality dishes and supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and contribute to both daily service and menu development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare and present dishes to a high standard across all sections.

Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and food costs.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and OH&S standards.

Foster a positive team culture and clear communication.

Assist with ordering and stock control.

Contribute to creative dish development and seasonal menu planning.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a busy kitchen environment.

Culinary qualifications and a strong understanding of food provenance.

Ability to step into a supervisory role when required.

A hands-on, team-oriented approach with a passion for quality.

Strong knowledge of OH&S/WHS practices.
