As we move into summer, we need to grow our team

We are known for our use of local produce, native ingredients, our use of fire and smoke as ingredients, our commitment to sustainability and our love of seasonal menus!

We are currently hiring 2 casual chefs to help us forge a path toward that goal, and lead our kitchen!

The job-Casual; chef

3-4 days a week

Must be available weekends-its our busiest time!

To be considered for this role you MUST have at least 2 years experience as a chef and have worked in a smaller kitchen (not hotels). You must also want to learn and be able take criticism positively to build yourself as a chef and grow. As the owner, im constantly looking inward to see how i can improve myself to become a better leader.

Your job will include (not limited too)

Cooking over the woodfire grill and pans.

Reporting to the sous and head chef daily

Helping design specials and menus using the company guidelines.

General prep and following all recipes to the letter.
