We’re on the hunt for skilled, experienced, and passionate Chefs to bring their flair to our kitchen in the beautiful town of Lyndoch.

What you'll be doing

Crafting a variety of dishes—entrees, mains, and desserts—that showcase fresh, local ingredients and your culinary flair

Working alongside a passionate kitchen team to keep service smooth, efficient, and fun (even in the heat of the rush)

Bringing ideas to the table with menu development and new recipes

Keeping an eye on stock, ordering what’s needed, and minimising waste

Helping create memorable guest experiences through consistently great food

What we're looking for

Solid chef/cook experience in a busy hospitality setting (function experience is a bonus)

Strong technical skills and the ability to stay cool and organised under pressure

A creative streak and willingness to experiment with flavours

A commitment to food safety and high standards

Above all—a genuine passion for food, hospitality, and making guests feel welcome
