Role Overview:

As the VIC New Business Development, you’ll be responsible for driving BottleCycler’s growth in Victoria by partnering with venues to streamline glass waste management and promote sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development:

Identify, target, and engage prospective venues, bars, and precincts across the Geelong, Mornington Peninsular, Ballarat, Yarra Valley and Metro Melbourne.

Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase BottleCycler’s benefits, including efficient glass waste management, access to Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) rebates, and operational improvements.

Build a robust pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients.

Account Management & Relationship Building:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Victoria clients, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.

Represent BottleCycler at events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to elevate our profile in Victoria’s hospitality sector.

Regional Market Development:

Develop tailored sales strategies for key regions (Geelong, Mornington Peninsular, Ballarat, Yarra Valley and Metro Melbourne.).

Drive growth and meet sales targets through focused regional initiatives.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality & waste management sector.

Digital marketing skills, including SEO, social media management, and campaign execution.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to articulate BottleCycler’s value proposition.

A self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.

Passionate about sustainability and innovative environmental solutions.
