The Opportunity
We’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous role. Based in Laverton Nth, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying and securing new business to managing and expanding a portfolio of loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and close new business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Deliver tailored transport solutions that meet client needs
• Manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in the transport and logistics sector (bulk pallet freight experience highly regarded)
• Proven track record in business development and meeting sales targets
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships
• Self-motivated and confident working independently
