About the Role
This newly created Head of Retail position will oversee 5 stores, reporting directly to the business owner. You'll be the vital link between stores and head office, driving performance, standards, and customer experience while supporting and coaching Store Managers. You'll also have a seat at the table, working closely with marketing, e-commerce, and suppliers to help shape the future of the brand.

You'll lead with playfulness and strategy, coaching and elevating store leaders to deliver best-in-class service. With an eye on stock flow, team engagement, and commercial outcomes, you'll bring structure and clarity across the business while creating an inspiring environment for both team and customers.

What you will bring

Experience in multi-site leadership within fashion or lifestyle retail ideal!

A strong understanding of premium customer service and standards

Commercial acumen with experience managing sales and stock flow

Coaching and mentoring skills to elevate team performance

A fun, energetic, and strategic approach to leadership
