Retail Sales Assistant – Swimming Pool Industry

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to work in our swimming pool retail store. This role will suit someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn about pool care products.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting customers with retail sales of swimming pool chemicals and equipment

Conducting in-store water testing and providing product recommendations

Maintaining stock levels, including receiving and merchandising stock

Ensuring the store is clean, organised, and welcoming

About You

Previous retail experience is highly regarded

Experience in the swimming pool industry is preferred, but not essential

Strong communication and customer service skills

Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
