About the Role:
This is a hands-on Store Manager position for someone who leads from the front, driving store performance, mentoring a small team, and building lasting relationships with loyal customers. You'll oversee daily operations, VM execution, and stock control, while delivering a consultative and engaging shopping experience.

What You'll Do:

Lead, inspire, and develop your team to hit sales and service targets

Maintain high visual merchandising standards and stock accuracy

Build strong repeat business with a loyal and growing customer base

Manage rosters, inventory, and day-to-day operations with precision

Work a Tuesday to Saturday roster to drive results across key trade days

What You'll Bring:

Experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in retail ideal

Passion for premium fashion or customer-led sales environments

A warm, professional communication style and strong presentation

The ability to build trust with customers through personalised service

Confidence in driving performance and accountability within a team
