About the role:

We are looking for a high energy, values driven Manager to lead our Flagship Marion store with heart, drive and a commitment to our customer experience.

You will have end to end accountability across people, product, process and commercial outcomes - creating joy for our community and customers, leading a positive and engaged team culture and delivering operational excellence, all while being part of something bigger.

Day to day you will:

Lead, coach and inspire an engaged, positive and high performing team culture to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and live our values.

Build meaningful connections with customers and the local community, fostering loyalty and brand love.

Maintain a warm and inviting store environment with inspiring visual merchandising and high standards of presentation.

Stay engaged and knowledgeable about our brands, products and the industry. And educate and inspire your team to do the same

Manage store operations: maintain stock integrity and accuracy, including stock takes and minimising stock loss, compliance and using data to drive results.

Manage rosters, time & attendance, team availability and policy & procedure compliance.

Contribute to broader business strategy and access unique L&D opportunities (quarterly manager conferences, buying trips, industry events and more.)
