About the Role:
We're searching for an energetic State Manager to lead and drive the performance of 8 stores across South Australia. This role requires a strategic operator who thrives in a high-volume retail environment and can bring energy, focus, and accountability to a busy portfolio.

What You Will Do:

Drive sales growth, profitability, and performance across all store locations

Support and develop store leaders to build capability, engagement, and customer experience

Implement effective operational standards and lead through KPIs and commercial outcomes

Influence promotional execution and visual merchandising in line with national strategy

Lead with a hands-on, store-focused approach and support the business from the ground up

Multi-site leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting

A commercial mindset with a proven ability to drive sales and manage costs

Strength in coaching and developing leaders to achieve operational excellence
