CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

What You'll Do:

• Work on commercial construction projects of relevant value to your experience ($1M up to $150M)
• Manage and negotiate subcontractor agreements and packages
• Oversee contractor changes, including variations
• Handle procurement processes, tendering, cost management, and budgeting
• Liaise with subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and site staff to ensure smooth project delivery

What You'll Bring:

• A great attitude, with strong pride and passion for your work
• 2+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial or industrial construction projects
• A desire to grow with the business long-term
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills
• A degree in Construction Management or a relevant field
