The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll manage the post-handover warranty claim period, conduct building inspections, and provide practical solutions for clients. You’ll coordinate trades, ensure quality outcomes, and maintain high service standards for their clientele.

What You’ll Bring

• Relevant trade qualification
• Solid maintenance / construction experience in the residential construction industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Confident communicator with strong ability to build rapport with clients
• Steady under pressure, and able to defuse tension with empathy and clarity.
• Strong leadership skills, consistently inspiring others to achieve shared goals.
• Sound understanding of construction methods, products and contract practices (H.I.A. Building Contract)
• Current C Class Driver’s Licence
