I'm working with a leading ASX-listed mining organisation with a strong footprint in WA and beyond. Known for career progression, professional development, and a supportive values-driven culture, this is a chance to take your finance career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end process including journals, reconciliations & reporting
• Deliver accurate management & financial reports across multiple business units
• Support budgets, forecasts & long-term planning activities
• Assist with planning system rollout & adoption (ERP / Anaplan)
• Partner with senior leaders to provide financial insights & drive efficiencies
• Facilitate monthly cost reviews with managers
• Contribute to audits & process improvement initiatives
• Regular site visits (approx. 4 days/month)

About You

• Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance/Commerce + CA or CPA
• At least 1+ year post-qualification experience (mining/resources ideal)
• Audit background highly regarded
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
• Proficient in MS Office; ERP or planning system experience a plus
• Proactive, adaptable & detail-driven
