About the Role

The Marketing Co-ordinator plays a key supporting role in executing Great Dane’s marketing, digital, and brand strategies. Working closely with the Creative Director, this role contributes to the delivery of campaigns, content, events, and communications that reflect the brand’s vision and values. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role suited to a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design, storytelling, and brand building.

Key Responsibilities

Digital & Website Management

Co-ordinating ongoing website maintenance and seasonal updates

Co-ordinating upload new product and collection content

Support e-commerce functionality and product accuracy

Email Marketing & CRM

Co-ordinating the drafting, scheduling and production of EDMs

Support CRM database management and segmentation

CRM data analysis

Brand Collateral

Co-ordinate design of brand documents and event invitations

Image editing and application

Co-ordinate digital ad creation and email signature updates

Events & Partnerships

Assist in the coordination of brand events and activations

Support stakeholder communications and logistics

Contribute to brand partnership initiatives

Social Media & Content

Co-ordinate content planning and scheduling

Co-ordinate content creation and community engagement

Co-ordinate data reporting and analysis

Skills & Experience

1–2 years’ experience in a marketing role

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Wordpress)

Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools

Strong written and visual communication skills

Highly organised with attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative

An active interest in design & architecture
