About the role:
6 month fixed term contract, with a view to permanency
Full time Position (open to flexible / part time applicants)
$70,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience) plus superannuation
Entry level through to experienced marketing specialist

As part of the Commercial team reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support various marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting in managing projects, analysing market trends, and creating compelling campaigns. You will coordinate marketing efforts for our venues, develop and execute campaigns, manage social media platforms, and draft content for various marketing materials. Additionally, you will support market research, assist in event planning, and collaborate with different departments to ensure that marketing strategies align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to) :
Manage content scheduling and updates for digital screens across venues
Drive marketing campaign and activation calendars across all venues
Coordinate ordering of marketing collateral, uniforms and printing
Export campaign data and performance reports for review
Support and liaise with the Graphic Designer to execute marketing projects
Provide small-scale graphic design support where required
Liaise with external stakeholders and brand partners to drive performance
Provide LinkedIn and website content support
Skills & Experience required
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing
Excellent communication skills in both formal and informal settings
Strong interpersonal skills with a high level of integrity
Passion for guest services
Previous experience in hospitality or retail is advantageous
Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
High attention to detail
Open-minded with the ability to present ideas clearly
Proficient in computer skills, including design programs
Ability to deliver projects on time
While not essential, skills in graphic design would be an advantage
