They are now seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator to support brand growth and project campaigns across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels

Plan, draft, and manage EDMs, newsletters, and website content

Support project-specific campaigns including signage, brochures, and launch events

Brief and collaborate with external creatives to deliver campaign materials

Assist with event planning, partnerships, and cultural activations

Skills & Experience

Experience in marketing coordination within property, design, or creative industries

Proficiency in Figma, InDesign, and HubSpot with strong digital campaign skills

Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Proactive, adaptable, and highly organised with a creative mindset
