About us

Shamrock Security Cleaning is the largest commercial carpet and window cleaning company in NSW with over 50 employees. We require a Reception/Booking Confirmations Assistant to make confirmation phone calls amongst other tasks at our Narellan office. The successful applicant would report directly to our Administration Manager. The full time role is from 8:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. We require the successful applicant to commence within the week of being offered the position.

Qualifications & experience

Excellent organisation and communication skills (written and verbal) with the capacity to manage several tasks or requests simultaneously

Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Aroflo (preferred but not essential)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Tasks & responsibilities

Answering and directing phone calls and emails to relevant staff

Reminder calls to sites to gather site access details including emailing key pick up checklists and recording this information with meticulous detail

Data Entry

Respond to questions and requests for information

Ad hoc duties and other tasks as requested by Managers
