With a growing presence in Australia, we are looking for a proactive Bid Coordinator to join our Brisbane team and help us secure exciting new projects.

The Role
As Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing tender and proposal submissions across government, utilities, and infrastructure markets. You’ll coordinate inputs from technical experts, ensure submissions are compliant and compelling, and keep everything on track to meet deadlines. What You’ll Do

Coordinate the preparation and submission of tenders, EOIs and proposals

Work closely with technical teams, partners and leadership to gather content

Draft and edit non-technical content such as executive summaries and capability statements

Ensure documents are compliant, polished, and delivered on time

Maintain a content library and support continuous improvement in bid processes

What We’re Looking For

Experience in tender/proposal coordination (engineering, utilities, IT, or professional services ideal)

Excellent writing, editing, and document formatting skills

Strong organisational ability and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Team player who can work across diverse stakeholders and manage deadlines

Nice to Have

Familiarity with public sector procurement and utility markets

Experience with CRM or document management tools

Design/layout skills (InDesign, Canva, or similar)
