● Keep technicians booked ahead with clear scheduling and follow-up calls.
● Coordinate marketing activities: social posts, email/SMS campaigns, website updates, and reputation management.
● Assist with admin/dispatch tasks like lead coordination, quote follow-ups, and tidy records.
