The Role

We're looking for a Community Marketing Coordinator to bring our brand to life at events and online. You'll be out at run clubs, gyms and wellness meetups across the Gold Coast, setting up ice baths, engaging with people and turning those moments into content that people actually want to watch.

When not in the field, you'll be managing social content, coordinating with our marketing manager and making sure we stay active and visible every day.

What You'll Do

Run Kiva Wellness activations at local events and clubs.

Capture short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) and get it live fast.

Work alongside our videographer to plan and deliver shoots.

Schedule, publish and monitor daily social content.

Build connections with influencers, gyms and community groups.

Track results and share simple insights with the team.

About You

1+ year experience in marketing, events, or social media.

Based on the Gold Coast (hybrid role, local presence is essential).

High-energy, confident and comfortable leading activations.

Accountable and self-driven – you get things done.

Up to date on TikTok and Instagram trends.

Organised, proactive and ready to spot opportunities.

Must have Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
