The role

As a Senior Bid Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in team success by spearheading the bidding process, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving business growth.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for,

Taking charge of the bidding process, from the initial request for proposal (RFP) through to the submission of the final bid.

Coordination across teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to create winning bid strategies.

Preparation, review, and edit bid documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to client specifications.

Acting as a central point of contact, fostering effective communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders. Coordinate resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure bid submissions are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.

The requirements

Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator within construction and engineering, preferably in a senior capacity.

Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous approach to documentation and project management.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, enabling you to identify opportunities and devise winning bid strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

Ability to thrive under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Proficiency in bid management software and MS Office Suite, with expertise in creating professional proposals and presentations.
