About the Role

At Kitchen Innovations, we specialise in high-quality joinery and cabinetry solutions across residential and commercial projects. We’re currently seeking a skilled Detailer & Production Lister to join our team and play a key role in the cabinetry and joinery production process. You will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and accurate cutting lists using software like Cabinet Vision, Topaz, and SECAD. Your work will directly support production efficiency and ensure seamless installation on site by coordinating with installation personnel and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cutting lists and shop drawings from design specifications and site measurements.

Use Cabinet Vision, Topaz, SECAD, or similar software to program and control production workflows.

Liaise with site installation teams to confirm and meet all project and contractual requirements.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external clients to clarify specifications and resolve issues.

Assess and improve daily listing routines to meet production targets and service standards.

Assist with the training and development of production staff.

Collaborate with the Lister Supervisor and Operations Manager to identify and implement builder training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure all work complies with Australian and client-specific standards and safety regulations.

Prepare documentation in line with company procedures.

Interpret customer requirements from drawings, specifications, and site measurements to deliver precise production outputs.

Perform other duties as reasonably requested by management.

Skills & Qualifications

Experience with Cabinet Vision, Topaz, SECAD, or similar design and production software.

Strong understanding of cabinetry/joinery production processes and site installation considerations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of Australian building standards and safety compliance.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
