Production facility supervisor wanted for start-up fertiliser manufacturing facility

Description

Mad Molecules is a growing business in the sustainable agriculture sector and requires a production facility supervisor for their start-up manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of their facility.

Responsibilities include

- Hands on production (training provided on-site)

- Warehousing duties (forklift license required)

- Receiving orders and preparing orders for dispatch

- Perform inventory controls

- Strong attention to detail

- Moderate mechanical skills for onsite maintenance

- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

- Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

- We may also assign you other responsibilities, where reasonable for your position, training and experience

- This is a permanent position of 38 hours per week

- Some flexibility with hours to suit personal circumstances can be discussed for the right candidate

- References required
