QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER

Charles Patisserie is a proudly privately -owned manufacturerof premium baked good, dedicated to producing products of the highest quality for our valued customers.

We are seeking a motivated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensurancing that quality and food safety standardsare consistantly maintained - covering all processes from the receival of raw materiels on site through to the delivery of finished products to our customers.

This is a full time, permanent role (Monday to Friday) based in MarrickvilleNSW. Immediate start with full training provided. Salary negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of the HACCP Program.

Conduct quality and food safety inspections (CCP & QCP).

Monitor GMP compliance, including internal audits and start-up checks.

Report and escalate food safety or quality issues.

Support hygiene, changeovers and line clearance requirements.

Manage on-hold and non conforming products/materials.

Liase woth production staff to resolve quality issues and drive improvements.

Assist with training, investigations, complaints and risk assessments.

Conduct product assessments, environmental monitoring and equipment calibration.

Maintain QA documentation, records, and eclectronic reporting.

Liase with our key customers.

About you:

Degree in Food Technology (graduates welcome).

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food manufacturing processs.

Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office with good computer literacy.

Resilient, adaptable and able to work autonomously.
