With a strong commitment to food safety and continuous improvement, we are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to join our team on the PM shift.
The Role
As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in upholding our HACCP and food safety standards. Working closely with the QA Manager and production teams, you will be responsible for monitoring compliance, ensuring safe food handling, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and record food safety Critical Control Points (CCPs) including temperatures and production sheets.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and The Dinner Ladies’ Food Safety Standards.
Conduct internal audits and support corrective actions.
Oversee cleaning, sanitation, storage, and pest management programs.
Check and verify supplier deliveries for quality and correct temperatures.
Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on quality and food safety practices.
Assist in investigations of customer complaints and support resolution.
Report on operator performance against SOPs and contribute to continuous improvement.
Assist in developing policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
About You

A positive, professional, and proactive approach.
Previous experience in food manufacturing, QA, HACCP, or compliance is highly regarded (training provided for the right candidate).
