As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Quality Technology Support Assistant to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Wetherill Park, Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Specifications & Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date product specifications for all baked goods, ensuring that quality and food safety standards are met.

Data Management & Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel and other tools to manage and analyse quality data, track supplier performance, and prepare reports on quality assurance activities.

Supplier & Client Communication: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality and safety standards. Communicate with clients to address any quality-related concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Quality Control Support: Assist in monitoring the quality of incoming ingredients, raw materials, and finished products. Ensure that all products meet company specifications and regulatory requirements.

System Maintenance & Updates: Help update and maintain quality assurance systems and databases, ensuring that all records, reports, and documentation are accurate and accessible.

Problem Resolution: Work closely with the production team and other departments to identify, investigate, and resolve any quality issues, recommending corrective actions when necessary.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of food safety processes and a commitment to upholding a food safety culture in a bakery environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis, with a working knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, OneDrive).

Comfortable working with computers, databases, and quality management systems.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and track complex information.

Excellent communication skills for liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

A proactive, "can-do" attitude, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance.
