We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to join our growing team. his role will support the delivery of high-quality residential and mixed-use projects by implementing and monitoring QA processes across planning, design, and construction phases. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Quality Assurance Procedures: Establish and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

Conduct Regular Site Inspections: Perform routine inspections of construction sites to identify and address any quality issues or non-compliance.

Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Review and Approve Materials: Evaluate and approve construction materials and workmanship to ensure they meet quality requirements.

Document and Report Findings: Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions taken. Provide regular reports to management.

Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards, ensuring all projects comply with legal and industry requirements.

Implement Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall quality and efficiency.

Implement company and site safety, ITPs, overall compliance and programs.

About You:

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in quality assurance within the property development or construction industry.

Strong knowledge of Australian building codes, standards, and compliance requirements.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
