Sustainable Timber Tasmania (STT) is seeking a highly organised and efficient part-time Administration Officer to join our Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) team at our Camdale office. In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting our workers' compensation and self-insurance initiatives.

About the position
This position provides administrative support and services to the WHS team in the areas of Workers Compensation and Self Insurance requirements.
The ideal location for this position is our Camdale Office in Burnie, but for the right candidate, we are open to considering other Sustainable Timber Tasmania (STT) locations across the state. These include offices in Smithton, Perth (near Launceston), Scottsdale, Derwent Park, Hobart, and Geeveston.
The position is a part-time position working 2 days per week and occasionally 3 days per week in peak periods.
The salary of this position is $67,000.00 pa (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
The role would be suitable for someone who has caring responsibilities, approaching retirement or transitioning out of full-time work.
About you

Applicants with the appropriate combination of the following are invited to apply:
- A Certificate III or higher qualification in Business Administration or relevant office experience.
- (Desirable) Previous experience or knowledge of workers' compensation and self-insurance.
- Strong computer and software skills.
- Excellent numerical, literacy, and attention to detail skills.
- Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
