About the role
Based at Mole Creek Caves, this role is central to welcoming visitors and showcasing the natural and cultural wonders of the Mole Creek Karst National Park. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will:
- Conduct guided tours and deliver engaging visitor information.
- Support daily operations of the visitor centre.
- Assist with site maintenance, cleaning, and environmental monitoring.
- Ensure public safety and provide first aid where required.
- Collect and reconcile visitor entry fees and retail sales.
Our ideal candidate has
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to explain earth sciences or eagerness to learn.
- Experience in visitor services, guiding, or tourism.
- Current First Aid Certificate and Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (essential).
