About the Opportunity

Pinstripe Recruitment is partnering with a leading loss adjusting firm that provides specialist claims management services to insurers, brokers, and corporate clients across Australia. Our client is known for delivering exceptional service, accurate reporting, and efficient claims outcomes.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join their professional team with the option to work 100% from home. All equipment will be supplied — laptop, phone, dual monitors, and more. Initial training will be conducted in their Sydney Head Office (depending on your location), with ongoing support from their Administration, Compliance and Project Manager based in QLD.

The Role

As an Administration & Claims Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a team of loss adjusters and building consultants. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support including document preparation, data entry and claims file management.

· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence with professionalism.

· Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.

· Assist with reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

· Support compliance processes and contribute to process improvement.

Skills & Experience

✅ Proven WFH experience in an administrative or customer service role.

✅ Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

✅ Reliable home internet and a dedicated workspace.

⭐ Insurance or building industry knowledge desirable.

⭐ Familiarity with Xero a plus.
