About the company/role:

• Major pharmaceutical company
• Based in Melbourne CBD
• 12-month casual contract
• Full-time hours

Duties, but not limited to:

• Oversee the consolidation of one facility to another facility
• Identify and assess opportunities within the receiving site to support the transition
• Develop and manage timelines for equipment and personnel relocation
• Coordinate with equipment vendors to pack, transport and reinstall equipment
• Ensure proper handling and safety protocols are followed
• Schedule and supervise vendor visits for recalibration of relocated equipment
• Liaise with multiple vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of tasks
• Monitor vendor performance and resolve any issues that arise during the relocation process
• Create detailed plans and track progress of each phase of relocation
• Support validation and qualification of equipment post-relocation

Skills & experience:

• Tertiary education in Engineering or Science
• Must have 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven working experience in validation and qualification
• Proven knowledge in GMP environments
• Planning and vendor management experience
• Ability to show initiative, strong time management and a fast learner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
