The Opportunity
We’re on the lookout for a determined, organised, and approachable Venue Coordinator to lead and support our team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong background in hospitality who loves making every event and service moment memorable.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily venue operations, including bar, dining and functions
Coordinate and deliver functions – from setup to pack down
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to ensure top-tier service
Liaise with clients to bring their event visions to life
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
Manage rosters and work closely with the Head Chef and senior leadership
About You
Previous experience in a venue, event or operations coordination role
Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – warm, professional and approachable
A passion for customer service and a keen eye for detail
RSA certified (required)
Available to work Wednesday to Sunday, with mostly afternoon to evening finishes
