🙌 The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Business Services Supervisor / Manager to work closely with a Principal and lead client engagements. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine technical expertise with leadership, supported by a collaborative team and clear career progression.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

Prepare financial statements, tax returns, BAS and compliance for Companies, Trusts, Partnerships, SMSFs, and Sole Traders

Advise clients on tax, accounting, and commercial matters (both written and face-to-face)

Lead, coach, and mentor junior team members

Manage compliance obligations including GST, FBT, payroll tax, land tax and stamp duty

Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for growth

👤 About You
You’re polished, client-focused, and ready to step up. To succeed, you’ll bring:

4+ years’ experience supervising/managing in a professional accounting firm

Degree qualifications in Accounting, Business, Economics (or similar)

CA qualification (completed or near completion)

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience with Xero, MYOB, Reckon, Class Super and strong Excel skills
